Bio
This journal is an outlet for my random babblings and observations as I pedal my way around various countries and regions of the world. Those who read this journal should not expect to come away with much useful information, though something might inadvertently slip in. Generally you will come across sweeping generalizations, misguided thoughts and interpretations of events and places. What it lacks in historical accuracy should be made up for with hysterical wittiness, or twittiness (that did not make it through spell-check!).

The principle behind this is fun, and lightheartedness. When I am not laughing at myself, I am laughing at those around me - their quirks and personalities. I do not aim for political correctness, because the world is too uptight with all that stuff, and that is what takes the fun out of things. So, if you just want a light read, and do not take things too seriously, read on. If you are uptight, serious, allergic to laughter, no mater how it is achieved, then maybe this is not for you.

I started these for myself, as for some reason all my senses are set to “High” when I travel, and I felt the need to document these trips for myself. My daily travel writing has now become a compulsion, and one of the most important, and fun, parts of the whole experience

For those of you coming along on the ride - I hope you get a few chuckles out of what I am doing here. This will be my 7th. travelogue, though the first done as a blog, so I am entering new territory here. I really have no idea what I am doing, but I was sort of put up to it by GG in Toronto. If anything should go wrong here, the blame rests squarely on her shoulders! I do take responsibility for grammatical errors, and incomplete thoughts. Gods know I have enough of those spilling around in my brain, so they may as well spill out here. And yes, I pluralized “Gods” because, well, when you travel you come across lots of them!

I hope that I come up with something clever here, and if I do, I hope you enjoy the read.
